Located atop Donner Summit | 11:30am to 8:00pm Saturdays, 11:30am to 3:00pm Sundays
Located at the crest of Donner Summit along Old 40, the Summit Haus features awesome locally-crafted sausages with homemade accompaniments and a beer garden.
On the menu:
- All Beef Frank w. Sauerkraut & Smothered Onions
- Smoked Bison Sausage w. Bacon Onion Jam and Bavarian Mustard
- Korean Hot Dog w. House-Made Kimchi, Sriracha Aioli and Cabbage Slaw
- Salmon BLT w. Brie Cheese, Candied Bacon and Lemon-Caper Aioli
- Impossible Sausage w. Tomato Relish and Garlic Mayo
- Grilled Street-Style Corn
- Sides include: Potato Salad, Tomato Sales, Beer Mac & Cheese and Baked Beans w. Bacon.

This summer, we will host live music at Summit Haus on Saturdays throughout the summer from 6:00pm- 8:000pm.
